Added two new frames and replaced the Redback wholesale
Added: the generalist frame Lacewing, inspired by the Strider NPC, and the Death's Head alt Hihue, focused on mobility.
Replaced: the Redback. The original frame's traits and Core System swung too much between overpowered and unreliable; the newly designed Tarantula has a much more consistent gameplan. Also two Core Bonuses
