0+.26.36: a few rebalances and fixes

Balance Changes:

True Hydra:

• Omega Point is now a Core Passive.
• Orochi Protocol now lets you Jam enemies for one turn when they are adjacent to one of your Drones that loses Hidden or is Recalled
• Hydra's Chorus had its wording changed to be more thorough and clear: your drones lose Hidden, essentially, when you se them or take part,even indirectly, in an action that affects hostile characters (like using them as a centerpoint for the Annihilation Nexus or involving them in Invigorate).

Lacewing:

• Hunter Cannon now has Arcing.
• Muzzle Trigger now costs 2 SP.

Tarantula:

• Overclocked Jammer: the Jammed conditions it inflicts lasts until the start of your next turn but wears off if the target exits your SENSORS range or breaks Line of Sight with you.
• Autotrigger: the Line pattern it creates disappears at the start of your next turn or if you move.

PDF corrections

• Hookblade, Muzzle Trigger, Hull Cutter, and Ranger Sawnoff now reflect their stats in the .lcp
• OROCHI-class NHP had its flavour text stylized and edited to better fit on the page.
• Corrected a few spelling mistakes
• Removed the blank page at the start
• Arranged the talents more pleasingly

LCP corrections

• removed the redundant descripiton and tag from Autotrigger
• Omega Point is now correctly shown as a Quick Tech and no longer described as a Quick Action or a Reaction.
• OROCHI-class NHP's flavour text is now in Horus style.
